First is foremost my beauty alias is ShaneraStyles but I am more formally known as Justine Brown. I am a lover of all things hair and nails. For me “All Nails Matter “and “Your hair is Your Crown” so making sure both are healthy, flourishing, and beautiful is my top priority. Some Important things to know when booking your hair and/or nail appointment: 1. No Deposit means No Appointment. Once you select which service you would like the website will indicate your appointment is confirmed. I will then e-mail or send you a link via text for your deposit invoice. Invoices not settled within 24 hours will result in a cancelled appointment. 2. Please Be On Time. All time is valuable and I want to designate the right amount of time to you, myself, and others. If you are more than 15 minutes late please check with me to see whether or not you can be accommodated. In some cases I may be able to fit you in but please don’t assume so. If I am unable to you will need to pay your deposit again and rebook. A $10 late fee will apply if I can still fit you in for anything beyond 15 min late. 3. Need to cancel or reschedule? If done 24 hours or more in advance your deposit will be refunded or reapplied. If it is less than 24 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited and you must rebook an appointment with a new deposit. 4. Any no shows and/or no calls will not be able to rebook with me. 5. Please do not bring any additional people as the time designated for your service is exclusive to you. 6. If a child is receiving a service I ask that you drop them off and you will be given a minimum of 20 minutes notice as to when they are ready to be picked up. If it is your first time having your child receive services they may be accompanied by 1 adult. 7. Please understand I am meticulous with all services so I ask that if you have a time requirement I need to adhere to please advise me prior to booking so that you can have an optimum experience. 8. I do not work over others and this policy does in fact apply to both hair and nail services. If you are a new nail client please select "Soak Off/Removal as an add on service if you have any product that has not been applied by myself. For hair client's please choose "Take Down" as the add on service when booking. 9. Last but not least if you have any issues with your services please take clear images for me and inform me as soon as possible so I can rectify any problems. I also ask that after your install/ style/ and/or service is complete please be candid about your satisfaction while in the chair so that I can resolve any and everything prior to your departure. There are no refunds for any services but if there are issues with my work I assure you I will fix it so that you are satisfied. If there are any issues with your nail and/or hair services within 1 week I will fix them free of charge.
